What pre-owned or pre-loved means?

Pre-owned or pre-loved means items are not new, have been used however have been loved and taken care of by the previous owners and are in excellent condition.

What is Konoozy responsibility in the buying and selling transaction?

Whether you would like to buy or sell, Konoozy will take care of everything for you. We will inspect the item, photograph and post with all the details provided, pick up, package and deliver the item to your door step and handle the payment.

What used items can I sell?

We accept items of all the major premium and luxury brands. For now we accept shoes, bags, accessories, watches and decorative items.

What items can be rejected and why?

Items with questionable authenticity, damaged, faded, with discoloration, stains, missing parts ( buttons, zip, chain, buckle),missing hallmarks, with bad odor,smell, hygene, with security tags attached, with traces of repair.

Can I ask for any price for my item?

 Sellers have the complete freedom to state their acceptable asking price. However, Konoozy.com will evaluate the item and advise the seller if the price is matching current market price. 

 

What do I do with my item after being posted for sale on Konoozy.com?

We are grateful for your responsible attitude to pre-sale of goods.

We ask you in advance to clean and prepare your item for sale.

Konoozy.com requires that all items approved and posted on its website be kept aside in the same condition it was posted on the website.

Seller is not allowed to further use the item until the item is sold and delivered to the buyer. 

What happens after I send my sale inquiry?

Once received the inquiry, Konoozy.com will:

-Contact the seller for more information and do extensive market research and item feasibility including retail price.

-Konoozy.com then contacts Seller to inform that item is accepted and schedule an appointment for photography and inspection at no cost.

-Konoozy.com then after collecting all information and taking required photographs, post the item for sale on the website. All items on the website are also subject to be promoted on other third-party Konoozy platform accounts such as Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram.

-The seller is required at this stage to maintain the item in the same condition it was photographed and refrain from using the item to avoid causing any damages or changes to the item.

-Once a buyer orders the item, Konoozy.com will contact the seller to confirm the item is still available and no changes to the condition and confirms the sale price again.

-Konoozy.com after confirmation from the Seller will notify the buyer that the order is accepted and schedule an appointment to collect the item from the Seller.

-Konoozy.com will take the item and perform any required cleaning, packaging, and arrangement before delivery.

-Konoozy.com then delivers the item, collects the full price, and contacts the Seller to deliver the payment.

How do I get paid when my item is sold?

Payments will be processed immediately upon successful order fulfillment including the buyer accepting the item and paying for it in full.

Konoozy.com will contact the seller and agree to the payout either in cash or bank transfer.

What if I want to withdraw my item from Konoozy.com marketplace?

If Seller wishes to withdraw the item from Konoozy.com, a written email must be sent to contact@konoozy.com or using our online contact form and stating the item number and description.

How do I buy an item on Konoozy.com?

Select your favorite item(s) from our catalogue by pressing the button “Add To Cart”  and proceed to check out page. 

Enter the required information and press “Place Order” button.

We will contact the seller and confirmed that the item(s) you ordered are available and there are no changes in the prices. 

We will process the collection and contact you via email and phone in order to schedule the delivery.

 

How do I pay for my purchase?

Since the payment method is Cash on delivery, we kindly ask you to prepare the exact amount  ready when our representative handover your items.

How do I make sure the item is original?

The fight against counterfeiting has been our priority from day one. Konoozy.com guarantees the quality and authenticity of all products sold on the platform. To do this, our team of professional experts carries out authentication in several stages before sending the goods to the buyer.

What is the return and refund policy for Konoozy.com?

There are strictly no returns after the Buyer accepts the item.

Konoozy.com assist in providing photos and detailed description of each item, physically inspecting the item, and acquiring required proof of purchases from the seller. The buyer has to practice due negligence in cross-checking all information before accepting the item. The situations where Konoozy.com will support the buyer with:

  1. The item is found forged and impersonating the original product.
  2. The seller executed a scam through our website which requires reporting the seller and the transaction to the authorities in Qatar.
  3. The buyer found additional damages during the usage which was not visible during the order fulfillment

There are strictly no refunds after the Buyer accepts the item, the order is fulfilled and the transaction is closed with the seller.

However, Konoozy.com will support the buyer on a case-by-case scenario to negotiate with the seller any issues that might arise after the order is closed.

In the event, seller agrees to refund the total amount of the dispute order. The buyer is required to return the item in the same condition received including all packages, labels, addons, etc..

If the item in dispute was with tags and the buyer has removed the tags the seller might refuse to refund or deduct from the refund as per the condition of the return.

How does Konoozy.com make profit?

Our fee includes the guarantee of authenticity, handling the process from inspecting, photographing, posting, packaging and delivering the product. We charge 20% of a price.
